About Bungaflow
Bungaflow is the app that brings order to shared cabins and holiday homes — so you can focus on enjoying them.
To become the global standard for managing and sharing second homes. We believe that shared ownership should be easy, fair, and conflict-free.
Shared cabins often lead to friction — who booked when, who paid for what, which tasks need doing. Bungaflow replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and guesswork with one simple app that everyone can use.
Bungaflow is designed and built in Norway, where cabin culture runs deep. We understand the challenges of shared ownership because we've lived them ourselves.
Intuitive enough for everyone — from grandparents to teenagers. No manual needed.
Transparent expense splitting, democratic voting on house rules. Everyone has a voice.
Designed for how families actually use their cabin — not how they think they should.
Who is Bungaflow for?
Siblings, parents, and cousins sharing a cabin they all love.
"We're four siblings who share granddad's cabin. Bungaflow finally ended the booking confusion."
Friends or acquaintances who bought a property together.
"Three families, one cabin. Bungaflow keeps us organized and on speaking terms."
Owners who rent out their cabin part of the year.
"I rent out my cabin on Airbnb. Bungaflow handles the calendar and guest info."
Associations, co-ownerships, and companies with shared properties.
"Our housing association uses Bungaflow for the shared cabin. Works perfectly."
Bungaflow is developed by Redor AS (redor.no), a Norwegian technology company based in Oslo. Redor was established in 2015 and builds digital products and services with a focus on usability and practical value. The company has roots at the intersection of technology and construction, and it is precisely this combination that laid the foundation for Bungaflow.
Founder & Developer
Ole is a developer who over ten years ago started building houses and cabins. The combination of a technology background and first-hand experience with property gave him a unique perspective on the challenges of shared ownership. Frustrated by spreadsheets, group chats, and endless discussions about who had booked the cabin when, he started building what would become Bungaflow. What began as a simple tool for his own family quickly grew into a full platform used by families across the Nordics.
