A quiet tidy-up behind the scenes: removed old code and copy that wasn't used anymore, so everything feels sharper and loads a little faster. «How it works» now speaks more clearly to families with a second home.
User roles now have their own page, linked from the footer — «How it works» shows a short summary instead. The hamburger menu is hidden on desktop (everything is in the footer). The hero gets softer wording. The Pro plan is now described as «for businesses and those who want it all» instead of «serious owners». The demo renders in mobile view on small screens.
The feature comparison has its own page now, so «How it works» is shorter and easier to scan. The footer is organized into three clear columns — Product, Resources and Legal — with links in all 8 languages.
In demo mode every write action is fully disabled — the file picker won't open, export is closed, forms can't submit. You see a clear message when you try, with a shortcut to create your own account.
The demo user can no longer upload or change images — the UI clearly shows changes are blocked. Previously it looked like an image upload succeeded even though the server rejected it.
The landing page is sharper and simpler: one clear headline, five core features instead of fourteen, and a live demo showing the real app. The rest — corporate cabins, rentals, motorhomes and caravans — is still mentioned, but the page now speaks directly to families sharing a cabin, lake house or holiday home.
When you open the demo in full screen, the same «You're viewing a demo» banner with a shortcut to «Create account» now shows — not just in the iframe preview.
The plan badge next to the logo now shows the correct tier — Pro when you have Pro, Plus when you have Plus. Plus users only see Pro badges on menu items that require Pro (no Plus badges on features they already have). Pro users see no badges. The demo still illustrates which features are Plus and Pro.
The landing page now shows «Log in» / «Get started» even while you're inside the demo, so it's easy to return to your own account. Full-screen demo opens properly in a new tab. The demo user can no longer log out — it's a shared account, and signing out locked people out.
The landing page and "How it works" now show the real app live — no more mock screens. Click around in calendar, messages, expenses and maintenance with ready-made sample data. Open the demo in full screen when you want, and create an account when you're ready.
New neighborhood: see other Bungaflow users within 1 km, post on the neighbor wall and share contacts with your neighbors. Lite users now send booking requests that administrators approve or reject — with push notifications both ways. Contacts can be marked as shared. Language can now be set in your profile, and time zone is set per unit. Stripe checkout now opens seamlessly in the same window.
Bungaflow now has three plans: Free, Plus and Pro. All new units get 14 days of free Pro — try expense splitting, maintenance, guest portal, AI assistant, document archive, checklists and everything else with no commitment. New pricing page with four cards (Free, Plus, Pro, Enterprise) and detailed comparison. Plus is for families and friends with up to 20 members. Pro is for businesses and those who want it all — with up to 2,500 members, priority support and optional support agreement. Organizations for housing associations now have their own section.
