Contact Directory

An overview of important contacts for the property — plumber, electrician, caretaker, key holders, and emergency numbers.

A contact directory is a centralized overview of all important contacts related to the property — from tradespeople and caretakers to neighbours and emergency numbers.

Who should be in the contact directory?

  • Tradespeople: Plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter
  • Operations: Caretaker, snow clearing service, cleaning company
  • Key holders: Neighbours with a key, key safe code
  • Emergency numbers: Hospital, fire station, police, insurance
  • Suppliers: Electricity provider, broadband, alarm company

Why a shared contact directory?

When something goes wrong at the property, it is crucial to know who to call. Often only one person in the co-ownership group has the contact details — and that person is not always available.
