Arrival
- Turn on water and electricity
- Check temperature and ventilation
- Verify that all equipment is in place
Departure
- Empty the fridge and take out rubbish
- Clean floors, bathroom, and kitchen
- Turn down heating, switch off lights, lock doors
- Report any damage or missing items
